V-Day Tip: A DIY scrub early morning with almond oil and sugar crystals will ensure your lips are smooth and supple throughout the day.
Pure Skin Facial – A regular routine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing (CTM) will remove impurities like dust and pollution. Use a gentle scrub to exfoliate dead skin, blackheads and clogged pores. Follow it up with a moisturizing face pack to reveal pure and soft skin and then get ready with a fresh face after that facewash.
V-Day Tip: Remove the face pack after 10 minutes to retain your skin’s natural moisture.
Bring Hair Alive – Try a DIY home spa, a day before Valentine’s Day. Massage your scalp with a herbal hair oil followed by a warm towel wrap. It helps the oil penetrate deeper into your hair for extra nourishment. Wash your hair with herbal shampoo and conditioner to remove the oil. End this routine with herbal hair cream on your scalp and strands of your hair. Massage gently and wash it off after 15 minutes.

Pantone Colour Of The Year – Marsala!
Subtly seductive and impactful, “Marsala”, as said by the colour forecasters has been the pantone colour of the year, 2015. Marsala is an intense shade of brownish wine mixed with a hint of rust. The colour has a rich, earthy appeal. This colour being extremely versatile, can be used in all possible fabrics like leather, wool and silk in winter and linen, cotton or even lighter fabrics during summer. Black is such a happy colour, Isn’t it?
Hello friends! Diwali, the festival of light has just happened to end but I still seem to be in the festive mode. And why not as Christmas and New years are round the corner. Also I am bit excited and nervous at the same time, as I update my first ever outfit post. I am the most camera-shy person ever, but being a fashion/beauty blogger you really need to experiment a lot with your blog as well as your look. So for my first outfit post, I choose the colour BLACK. As the colour black stands for being ‘classy’ and ‘elegant’ at the same time and also I believe in ‘minimal chic’, so I kept the whole look really simple, with a minimal makeup and nude lips. Used a MAC nude lip gloss just to add a little shine to my lips. I accessorized the look with my most favourite and priced possession Jimmy Choo ‘Candy-Glitter’ Clutch and a watch. Also I opted for flats in place of heels to keep it comfortable and an on-the-go day and night look (Also seen me wearing the look here)
